We couldn’t imagine a better place to celebrate Courtney and Tony’s upcoming Detroit wedding than overlooking the skyline. We were blessed with blue skies and beautiful light the morning of Courtney and Tony’s Belle Isle engagement. We were so thankful to spend time with this wonderful couple while exploring one of Detroit‘s most iconic locations. We began at the James Scott Memorial Fountain, a gorgeous fountain constructed of marble that spans 510 feet across. The spot is especially meaningful for Courtney and Tony. Their parents had some of their own wedding photos captured on Belle Isle.
In just a few short months, Courtney will walk down the long aisle of another Detroit landmark – Old St. Mary’s Church – to say “I do” to Tony. We have been patiently waiting years to photograph in this gorgeous church, and we are so anxious to share the experience with such an awesome couple.
