The day before Lynn and Todd’s East Lansing Engagement Photography session there was a huge snow storm. It blanketed most of Michigan, but seemed to have left campus of Michigan State University with just the right amount.
We left extra early that morning to meet Lynn and Todd at Spartan Stadium, home of the 2015 Big Ten Champions. The night before their engagement session Lynn and Todd stayed in during the storm and watch Michigan State University take on Ohio State University. MSU kicked a last second field goal to win on on the road and seal their fate to compete in the Big Ten Champion game.
Lynn and Todd, still glowing from the night before we started in front of the stadium near the Red Cedar River. The trees were perfectly decorated from a fresh snowfall and glimmered in the sun. The sun stayed out for most of their session, keeping us warm from the morning temps. The campus felt dedicated to them that day. There was hardly anyone on campus, except for the occasional runner. It was a great day to be on campus at MSU. We had the entire snow covered campus to ourselves, except for the occasional runners. It was quiet and the sun kept us warm. The snow laid untouched throughout campus
The most memorable moment happened at the Beaumont Tower. The sun was shining perfectly when a gust of wind shook the trees and dusted the buildings of their snow. It created a real life snow globe around Lynn and Todd as they stood in front of the Tower. The light seemed to shine off every fleck of snow.
