We waited all summer for Karie & Mike’s beautiful September wedding at The Homestead. Karie poured all her design talent into creating a one-of-a-kind, ski-themed experience for their guests. She seemed to imagine and execute every detail flawlessly. As a soon-to-be bride myself, I had truly admired all the effort and hard work she spent perfecting her vision. (Their wedding will even be featured in an upcoming issue of The Knot!) Looking back, however, Matthew and I always remember how entirely happy they were. We loved every minute of their wedding. In fact, we stayed well into their reception (cameras away) laughing with the newlyweds and their incredible family and friends. Congratulations, Karie and Mike!
