Elyse + Michael’s Packard Proving Grounds wedding in Shelby Township, Michigan. Built in 1927, the former home of the Packard Motor Car Company, now servers as a historic site and wedding venue. The Albert Kahn designed buildings give the perfect vintage wedding feel.

Prepping at separate locations Elyse + Michael had their first look inside The Tank Room which now stores a large collection of vintage cars. The ceremony was held in the Lodge Garage. Large glass-plated doors provide tons of natural light into the ceremony space. The Repair Garage hosted the reception with its high ceiling and bistro lights.

Our favorite memory from this wedding was Elyse + Michael’s first look. Joy is the only word to describe their reactions. They carried that same energy together through the rest of the wedding day.
