Paige and Rob’s Saline, Michigan wedding at Wellers Carriage House was an absolute fairy tale. When we first spent time with the McLarens during their Dexter engagement session, we felt like we were constantly saying “us too!” We couldn’t believe all we had in common with this sweet couple, and we knew we made lifelong friends.
On the big day, Paige prepared with her bridesmaids, parents and brother-in-law by her side at the Wellers Hospitality House. Paige greeted me with a huge smile – one that would remain on her face the entire day. I remember her mom guiding me to her gorgeous, blush colored wedding dress. It was obvious their wedding would be a beautiful celebration of love and family.
We met up with them for dinner last week, and we asked about their favorite memories from the day. Paige said the best moments were the ones she didn’t expect – the first look and their first dance. When we arrived at Wellers and saw Rob and Matt ready for the first look, I genuinely think Paige had to restrain herself from running right toward her groom. Their moment was so sweet and genuine, and their smiles were contagious.
Paige and her mom transformed the Carriage House with blush, romantic details. They took her grandmother’s teacups and china and filled them with flowers and moss. (It reminded us of our Alice in Wonderland styled shoot!) It was truly perfect. Paige and Rob – thank you for your friendship and your trust. We are so happy we were able to be a part of your wedding! Cheers to a beautiful marriage!
